Because ProGains sells frozen, perishable products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up. This ensures product safety and quality for all customers.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items.

Refunds or Replacements May Be Issued If:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or melted due to a fulfillment error

  • There was an issue caused by us during preparation or delivery

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Non‑Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Orders left unattended after delivery

  • Incorrect address entry at checkout

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products that were not stored properly after pickup or delivery
