2. Product Information

All products sold on ProGains.ca are frozen, perishable food items.
We work to ensure product accuracy, freshness, and quality, but availability and flavours may vary.

3. Ordering & Payment

By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and account information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Payments are securely processed through our approved payment providers.

4. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

We offer:

  • Local Toronto pickup

  • Local delivery (select areas)

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or courier delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the time of delivery to ensure frozen items are received immediately.

5. No Returns on Frozen Goods

Due to the nature of frozen products, all sales are final.

6. Accuracy of Information
